Any eligible student may apply for this award by submitting a completed application form and the following supporting documents on or before the stated deadline:
- A current resume (optional).
- An unofficial transcript.
- Required personal essay (not to exceed 500 words, double-spaced using 12 pt. font and 1 inch margins).
All materials must be placed in a 9×12 envelope and submitted to the Main Office no later than 4:00 PM on the day of the deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.
